I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The best aspects of this place were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation and location close to everything. The room I stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a microwave. I particularly liked the pick up and drop off service offered by this hotel as it made travelling much easier for me, especially given the amount of snow on the roads. The location was also very convenient as I could easily walk to the bus stop, convenience stores and restaurants.

This hotel has a great location near the ski resort area and is very convenient for skiers. The breakfast was tasty and offered both Asian and Western options. the staff were lovely and very friendly.
The room was extremely cramped and uncomfortable, especially for an extended stay during the Xmas holidays. The bed and pillows were unsupportive and added to our discomfort.

The location is great, just next to the bus stop and Seiko Mart. You can walk to the slopes and find plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. the staff are friendly and helpful.
The room is small and basic, and there is no real utensils to make use of the fridge and kettle.

Great location, just a short walk to the shuttle stop. the staff were helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the fact that we had access to a small gym during our stay. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
The breakfast was basic and lacked variety. We also found the room to be small for a group of three and wished we had more space.
